Product care guide

MAINTENANCE

Just like any other wardrobe item, our bracelets needs maintenance to keep in perfect condition.

It is natural for the layers of precious metal plating to gradually wear off, but by following our care advices you can slow down the process. If at some point you want to get a new layer of plating, get in touch with us.

ABOUT OUR MATERIALS

Some of our collections consist of precious metals (gold, silver, rose gold and plated bronze) and of non-precious metals (brass and base metal) which are also gold, silver, rose gold plated. Please be aware that metal may darken or tarnish with normal wear.

Excessive light, heat or moisture may compromise the quality of the gemstones and of the plating. The colour of some gemstones may fade with prolonged exposure to the sun.

Leather jewelry can last for a long time if and only if it is maintained properly. Leather jewelry must be protected from dust, water, and salt.

When leather jewelry is exposed to rain or water it loses its charm. Hence it is better to avoid wearing leather jewelry when the weather conditions are not good.

Pat down the leather with a damp cloth. Avoid using a wet cloth or immersing the leather in water. Put a small dab of mild, moisturizing hand soap or leather cleaner on the cloth on both sides. Rinse and dampen the cloth with clean water and wipe the leather clean & dry.

WATER AND CHEMICAL INTERACTIONS

Water and chemicals found in everyday products may damage the surface. Always take any bracelet off before washing your hands, bathing, showering or doing household work.
