Farrier is a two layer Italian calfskin bracelet, with a metal clasp in gold or silver plated stainless steel.

Stainless-steel: 316L, a steel grade with great corrosion resistance and a lower amount of carbon.

Leathers: We only source leathers from Italian tanneries certified by Leather Working Group (LWG), an international organization responsible for the world's premiere leather manufacturing certification.

We offer free express shipping with DHL Express or similar worldwide. 

What shipping carriers do you use?

In Sweden we use PostNord and for international deliveries we use DHL Express or similar.

When will my order arrive?

In-Stock orders will be delivered to you within 2-3 business days in Sweden (or 4-6 business days if your location is outside of Sweden). Note that if you place an order after 12pm CET on a Friday, your order may not be shipped until the following business day.

If a product is Out-of-Stock, we will provide you with an expected date for delivery. It will also be displayed on our website under each specific product information.

What should I do if my package is lost?

We insure all orders from the time it enters transit until it is delivered to you. For any issues with your delivery, just get in touch with us at info@byborn-studio.com and we will sort it out.

Can I return my product?

All purchases may be returned within 14 days.

Customers can return by sending us back your item at your own expense. If you exchange an item, we’ll send you the replacement without additional shipping costs for you. 

Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Note: All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including the box and the pouch.

Refunds may only be issued to the credit card, or ApplePay account , or in accordance with the payment method used to make the original purchase.

How do I make a return?

To register the return, send us an email to info@byborn-studio.com with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange.

Then return your item by sending us back your item at your own expense. If you exchange an item, we’ll send you the replacement without additional shipping costs for you.

Returns will not be accepted without first sending us an e-mail with your order number (available in the initial order confirmation e-mail) and all mail-in returns must be shipped directly to our corporate office, BYBORN AB, PO Box 5224, 11442 Stockholm, Sweden.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact info@byborn-studio.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you!

When can I expect my refund?

Once we've received the refunded items, it will take 1-2 weeks to receive and process your refund. We will send an e-mail once the refunded item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
